Party Armor

Armor and armor systems developed by New Flesh llc make use of high impact materials but HAVE NOT yet been certified for use as sports equipment or body armor. Although “Ballistic Grade” materials are used in the construction of various products this DOES NOT mean that they have been rated as a Bullet-Proof by third party testing and certification. Responsibility for inappropriate use of any Armor or Armor System falls upon the user and not New Flesh llc.

Prosthetics/Orthotics

Any custom Prosthetic or Orthotic devices made from scratch by New Flesh LLC are considered Functional, Wearable artworks and are not certified by the FDA as safe for therapeutic use. All P&O device modifications provide custom aesthetics or peripheral functions and DO NOT in any way impede, augment, or replace any functions of an existing prosthetic or orthotic device.

Biomed Devices and Custom Body Mod Devices

Biomedical devices designed by New Flesh llc are required to undergo third party testing and FDA approval before being used in a clinical setting. The responsibility for appropriate use and adherence to FDA regulations lies with the customer and not New Flesh llc.

Custom Attachments for existing body modifications are intended for external use and not for implantation. Responsibility for misuse of custom attachments falls upon the user and not New Flesh llc.
